The home is perfect for two families, with living rooms both up and down, featuring 65 inch flat screen TVs on both floors. There is also a downstairs kitchenette and bar where great stories are sure to be told!
The flat back yard and large max dock are perfect for outdoor recreation. You are just a few short steps to 4 different restaurants (Lake Oconee Bistro, Sweet Kneads, Georgia Butts, and Copperwood Pizza) and Oconee Wild Watersports boat rentals is just across the street.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this spacious and beautiful lake house. It was everything we expected except one family member complained about not having an iron and ironing board. (Not something that I was concerned about)The view of the lake was spectacular. We rented a boat and went on boat rides. We enjoyed the game room. We had a wonderful time.
