About this house rental
Bring the family to this wonderful home with Pentwater Lake access. It features 4 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, 1 bedroom includes 2 custom twin beds. There are 2 full and a half bath. The home has central a/c, fans, cable TV, WIFI, DVD player, washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, gas grill, picnic table, fire pit and beach chairs. Owner supplies towels, linens and blankets. There are plenty of parking spaces. Home sits on a very wide and deep wooded lot.
A short walk across Longbridge Road and down a wooded path gives you access to Pentwater Lake complete with a deck and seawall.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday, a minimum of 7 nights, with shorter stays of 3 nights available in the Spring and Fall.
The quaint village of Pentwater is a short 3 miles drive for dining and shopping. Take a picnic basket over to the Charles Mears State Park, enjoy its clean sandy beach for fun on the shore. Over a thousand acres of State land is within walking distance. Enjoy strolling on both the South and North Channel pier and fabulous sunsets. Don't forget to bring your fishing poles for fishing off the piers and the Pentwater Lake public access.
To the South approximately 9 miles is the Silver Lake Dunes area where there is an array of attractions such as Mac Woods Dune Rides, zip line, roller coaster and go carts; dune buggy, Jeep, ATV, jet ski rentals on Silver Lake.
The larger city of Ludington is 15 miles to the North for more dining and shopping.
There are plenty of Lake Michigan fishing charters to choose from. If you bring your own boat, the 500 acre Pentwater Lake has plenty of fish for catching.
Maximum 8 adults, 2 children.
The weekly rate includes rent and cleaning. An additional 6% MI Use Tax will be collected. In addition, a $500 damage deposit will be collected if determined by property manager.

Property was nice and as expected, with nice living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Beds upstairs were a little uncomfortable with plastic pads, and our family was a bit disappointed with the taped, black paper versus some kind of window covering that could be opened and closed. Property is somewhat misrepresented in terms of beach access. We searched thoroughly for beach access to Pentwater Lake and found none. There is a small 8 to 10 foot area across with 1 foot grass between two properties, but this is not really usable beach access.Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We got to enjoy Lake Michigan, Pentwater, Silver Lake, Michigan Adventure, Lewis Farms, JJ’s Sundance Saloon which offered an indoor water park and glow in the dark putt putt golf. The rental was a perfect fit for our size family of 10. Thanks for the memories!!

The cabin itself was fantastic. Our only compliant is lake "access" is not really lake access. You have to walk down Longbridge road(which can be very busy) to the public access spot, making sure not to walk on peoples property while doing so.
