The property is better than the pictures portray. We were in love with this rental from the moment we entered. It was spacious so everyone could spread out- our adult children, and mother and father in law also enjoyed just hanging out at the house making family meals and watching the yachts drive by while we floated in the pool. The speakers for the music system out back were excellent! My son controlled the music and did a perfect mix of songs as we watched fireworks light up the waters in all directions! (It was 4th of July) We also really enjoyed movie night up in the theatre room. I loved loved loved the steam shower in the master bath- We were also surprised by the edible fruit treats and well wishes for retirement that the owners sent us! They were so kind and attentive, and Chris the property manager was also kind and readily available - the only problem that couldn’t be fixed was something with the hot tub and it needed to be drained and cleaned that never had happened before but because of holiday week it was not able to get fixed our week - The house is the most stocked vrbo i have ever been to- I can not say enough kind wonderful words to review this house- I wish we could have stayed all month! Hope to be back again, thank you for sharing your home and allowing us to make wonderful memories!!! Also we learned on this trip that cat-fish have a poisonous stinger on dorsal fins- my father-in-law had to go to ER one night because one got him when he was taking his fish off the line at the pier - but he was all better the next day and was out fishing again and caught a baracouda 😬which was very tasty on the grill! The neighbor hood was lovely and quiet and a great place to ride bikes in the mornings or exercise in the workout room. Endless possibilities to make happy memories. I would highly recommend this property. Both owner and property manager were very responsive to inquiries before and during the rental dates. Photos do not do the property justice. Everything we needed was there, and we could have just stayed at the house for entire week. More than enough towels and linens and laundry room had all we needed. Pool area was so enjoyable; water temp in pool good, hot tube heated quickly, ample seating for outdoor dining, chaise lounge chairs, umbrella and pool toys. Marble floors throughout with drop rugs made all very comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked with appliances, cookware, food storage containers, and cooking condiments and any other kitchen need you could imagine. Beds were comfortable with very soft pillows, and having nice bathrobes made you feel like a VIP at a nice hotel. Garage well equipped with second refrigerator/freezer, small tool bag if needed, fishing gear, vacuum hose, 2 bicycles, and even air conditioned. Movie theatre was really enjoyable with reclining seats, and large screen. Flat screen TV's throughout the house, and the TV in the large sitting room was huge! Location on the Inter-coastal was perfect, as we spent hours just watching the boat traffic. Large windows in the main seating area made it so nice to watch over the waterway even when watching TV. Location at end of cul-de-sac was nice and quiet. Short car ride (<10 min) to get anything you really needed, and in most cases 5 min away. Close access to Deerfield Beach was nice, and the pay by kiosk parking was easy. Had success dropping lines in next to the waterway; saw a big one, but only caught small ones. The property is really well maintained, and it was a great treat for our family (mom, dad, and kids (18, 20, and 23) to stay in such a nice home. We all felt very spoiled. By far the very best experience we have had with home rentals to date.

What an amazing stay! Don’t miss out. This house was absolutely incredible. Being right on the intracoastal with an amazing pool and amenities could not have been any better. The house was extremely clean. The host and property manager could not have been better. If any question came up the property manager responded immediately. Our kids loved the movie theatre when we wanted to relax at night. We always rent homes when we travel and this one was the best hands down. My only regret was not staying for another week. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!!

Stayed here to celebrate my dad’s retirement and the property is absolutely stunning. The host was incredible as well - she even left us a retirement gift package to help us celebrate. 5/5 would stay here again!

House was wonderful. Property manager Chris was great. One small issue arose with house, he took care of immediately. The owner Barbara was also very communicative and gracious. We were there for a wedding, so did not get to relax and enjoy much. I would go back to have a nice, relaxing time. Beach and many restaurants are very close by.

We rented for almost two weeks and everything was perfect. The views are amazing, the pool and hot tub were in excellent condition and the house was pristine. There is a screened in porch which provided nice shade during the day. We used the movie theatre, which was really fun. We had a couple of questions which were promptly answered. House was fully stocked with towels, linens, condiments, beach chairs, we didn’t have to scramble and get anything. Exceeded reccommendations!

Easy check in process and fantastic house for kids. End of a cul de sac, pool was great, house was clean and well-stocked. Most of the backyard is fenced except for a few small areas that can be blocked off. Property manager and owner were attentive and responsive, we will definitely be coming back!!

Our family stayed here for two weeks in August, and it was all we expected and more! The house is gorgeous, the pool is perfect for families, the towels and linens are of the best quality and the house is fully stocked with everything you will need and more! Barbara was a delight to deal with and her local property manager was easily reachable for any questions we had. You really can't go wrong renting this lovely property with a front row seat to the inter-coastal and all the amazing boats going by! The theatre is as advertised, and we had a great time screening some classics with the kids. In short, a real gem! It was our first stay at the Cove, but it certainly won't be our last. What a lovely home in a special location! Barbara is a wonderful hostess and has the home stocked with everything you need for a relaxed stay. The property manager Chris is fantastic! He helped us with all sorts of recommendations and even handled a repair himself. The location on the Intercoastal is perfect for boat watching and fishing. It is also very close to a variety of beautiful beaches. This was a vacation we will remember always ! We would highly recommend this home !

I'm not sure where to start! The house is just lovely as is the location. Spacious, clean, corner lot on the intercoastal, well appointed (we found everything we could possibly need). It was the perfect vaction rental (althought I would secretly like to live there full time!). My family thoroughly enjoyed every minute and were sad to leave. We enjoyed the incredible pool, fishing from the dock, al fresco dining by the intercoastal as palm trees swayed with the breeze, movie night in the theatre and all just a mile away from the beautiful Deerfield beaches and great restaurants. The house was extremely clean and the property manager was available for any required assistance (including great restaurant recommendations!) Barbara is a spectacular host. She understands exactly what a family wants/needs to relax and enjoy for their family vacation. She's responsive, thoughtful and makes you feel like you are staying in a friend's home.

We stayed for a month with our two kids and had a wonderful time. The views from the home are breathtaking and the home is very clean and comfortable. We found ourselves very relaxed during our stay. Don and Barbara were wondering hosts and were widely available to answer any of our questions. The home is also in a great location with easy access to the beach, stores, etc.

My wife, two grown children and i spent a week at this property. It was everything we wanted - spacious, quality, privacy and we enjoyed being on the intercoastal. We were close to everything.

Perfect location! Perfect house! Perfect hosts! Perfect experience!!! We will definitely be staying in this house the next time we are in town!
