La posizione (anche se non è per niente facile trovare la casa e le chiavi vanno prese in un altro condominio che non e nella stessa via!!!!) e lo spazio all'esterno.
Non è curata! Piatto doccia che perde, cassetta wc che perde, 2 prese colate e quindi inutilizzabili a fianco agli specchi , stendino marcio e arrugginito (da aver paura di prendere il tetano!), un odore di chiuso/muffa in tutta la casa che poi si sente sia su asciugamani e lenzuola...
