Nothing was nice about the property
The lift and kitchen are very dirty and communal use. The bedroom looked clean at first. But when I wanted to go sleep I found mould on the bed sheets. There was no staff at 11pm to come and get me a new bedsheet. The service was a 0 put of 10.
Also the hotels smells of weed
The showerhead was broken en spilling water on the floor. The bathroom looked very scary
The room was very cold when we entered en the window is broken so it was very cold all night and bare in mind I had to sleep with my clothes on because I couldn’t put the sheeys on top of me because of the mould.

It’s very cheap, I will grant you that. And it is right on top of public transport. The sheets were clean, and the shower is also seemed quite clean.
There is a communal kitchen downstairs. It is extremely filthy. There’s notes asking the guests to clean up after themselves, but of course they don’t. There is no dinner or breakfast option, but there is a microwave, but I almost didn’t dare to touch it.
The rooms are functional, but rather sparking. The corridors are kind of smelly, and you can still smell the smoke of days gone by when people were allowed to smoke in the room. Do not be surprised if at 8:30 in the morning when you leave the hotel, a scruffy guy with a can of beer, stumbles across the hallway.

Not much
Walking through the passage on the second floor was a bad prelude to what was to follow. It stank of cat urine and what looked like black mould was visible in several places. The room smelt like the plague. The stench clung to my skin well into the next day. During the night (3:30) the cops went banging on doors to try to find suspects that somehow found refuge in the hotel. This was deeply disturbing. I was not able to sleep after that as the cops went from door to door, barking commands at unsuspecting guests and searching the floors room by room. This drama was placed in the perfect ambience. A dreadful experience

the view
i could not enter at first, the code was not correct of the main entrance. i had to call first as they did not even know which room i would get and i did not have a badge first to open the room. At the last moment the badge had to be taken from another key...if i did not call i would not been able to enter and nothing would be done...and that is strange if i booked i few days before, things should be arranged before the guest comes. also the wifi was not working properly as mentioned on the site of the hotel.

Worst hotel I ever stayed, everything was old, dirty, and smelly and nothing (e.g, soap or shampoo) was provided.

Hotel had a good connection to the tram. The first room given was dirty, got a free upgrade fortunately - this room was acceptable but not very clean.
The whole hotel is dirty and not really in good shape. The breakfast did just not take place for two straight days without any information!

The staff was very friendly and allowed us to put our bikes into a room, so we did not have to leave them on the street
The hotel is decrepit and really dirty.
I doubt it would pass any health and safety control. There was mold on the toilet's ceiling, which was falling apart. Insects splattered all over the walls. The room smelled heavily like smoke. The fire alarm was broken, with some toilet paper stuck inside of it (not sure what happened there).
The elevator was not working. We had to climb 3 floors of steep and narrow stairs with luggage
.
It looks cheap, but it is not: it is definitely too expensive for what it is.

Walking distance to Mortsel Gemeenteplein tram station and not too far from train station. Friendly staff. Easy check-in/out.

4 pillows to be able to lie down comfy to watch videos on my smartphone, as the tv didn't work and .....
.... The remote of the tv was too filthy to touch, as was the toilet brush & holder 😑

The rooms were clean. The staff member was extremely nice! He was helpful.
It is an old hotel where renovation is needed. The price for a double room is high for what you get. It is old fashioned and outdated.

The room was quite big, I received the room for one night and had two separate beds. Also, there was a desk and seats and a TV. The room was quite good and clean.
The only thing was that in the morning there was no one at the reception to give the key to, most of the guests had left the keys on the desk of the office so I did the same.
