Small gîte ideal for a couple distributed in duplex with on the ground floor a living room with open kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. On the first floor you can relax in a very pretty attic room. A small terrace will allow you to take your meals outside.
An orangery restored in the best respect of its authenticity offering a large room with beautiful proportions for family or professional meetings and receptions, overlooking a large terrace facing the pool.
Slightly out of the way, in the middle of the old vegetable garden bordered by a majestic colonnade, is the 16mx5m swimming pool, equipped with a double diatom filtration system which considerably reduces the inconvenience of chlorine. Its gradual descent from 1.3m to 1.8m, its permanent sunshine, its vase-beaches make it an ideal place for relaxation and rest.
