Appartamento spazioso e ben fornito, dotato di una bella terrazza per mangiare all'aperto. Posizione tranquilla a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, così come da negozi e ristoranti. In circa mezz'ora d'auto si possono raggiungere le località più rinomate dell'isola. Peccato per gli scarichi di un bagno che la mattina puzza sempre un po' ma usando il prodotto che ci ha lasciato la proprietaria il problema si allevia parecchio. Ci sarebbe bisogno di qualche lavoro di ammodernamento soprattutto a porte e finestre che col vento si fa fatica a tenere chiuse.
