This Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath Destin vacation rental sits right on the white sand of the much sought after Crystal Beach area. Not only is it beach front, but it’s also close to area attractions, shopping and restaurants. This roomy and comfortable unit has been recently remodeled and updated with stylish upgrades throughout. The relaxing living area is open to the ample sized dining area and well-equipped kitchen with new granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The Primary suite features postcard perfect Gulf views and incomparable King size comfort. The attached ensuite offers an attached private vanity/dressing area and a massive walk-in shower. A guest room with another King bed shares a hall bath with a second guest bedroom with a Queen bed.
Besides the beautiful beach with its’ expansive dunes and swaying sea oats, Emerald Dunes also has a pristine, sparkling swimming pool and a luxurious hot tub surrounded by lush palms for your enjoyment. Emerald Dunes is a private, gated condominium with amenities that include the large pool, hot tub, gas BBQ grills, boardwalk showers, and bathrooms. Along with all amenities, guests appreciate the private low density setting (only 27 units) and private dune walkover to the beach.
GREAT LOCATION! Located on the west end of Scenic Highway 98 in Crystal Beach, the property is within walking/biking distance of local shops and restaurants. When it’s time for dinner, Camille’s, a favorite local restaurant known for their fresh sushi and intimate bar, is just steps away. During the day, Camille’s sidewalk café serves a limited menu of coffee, smoothies, breakfast and lunch items and local brews. Also nearby, guests will enjoy access to Publix (grocery store) and Destin Commons, featuring a bowling alley, movie theater, restaurants and diverse mix of shopping opportunities.
Purchase your beach chair rentals for stays March-October by booking with Barefoot Beach Service online or directly at the beach during your stay.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
This property comes with 2 parking spaces.
NOTE: Emerald Dunes is a 100% SMOKE FREE, TOBACCO FREE property. No trailers, jet skis, RV's or boats are permitted.

Our stay at the Emerald Dunes was very lovely. The grounds we well maintained and clean. With only 27 units it was quiet and private.The condo we stayed in was very clean, and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and so we the beds.Our view off the patio was spectacular! We saw dolphins swimming by frequently.The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to make meals. We also used the community gas grill. It was easy to use and always clean. The condo provided grilling utensils for us to use.The master suite has a huge walk in shower, perfect after a day on the beach. The view from the Master suite was also quite awesome!There were also beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys in the closet for us to use. ( Bring your own beach towels).The condo is gated, so we were able to leave our e-bikes in the bike rack without any worry.This condo is near so many good restaurants and shopping. The bike trail runs right in front of this condo, made it fun to explore the area.There is a private beach access for the guests, with bathrooms right near the gate. The beach was a amazing! White powdery sand and crystal clear water.We hope to return here again some day.
