Endless Views @ This Elegant 5* Lake Stevens Home

Attended a wedding at Carlton Farm, which was a 5 minute drive. We stayed a couple of extra days to see the area. The location is perfect. Hawkeye bar and grill was about a block away. Grocery store and shops short walk as well. The house is beautiful and has everything you need and more. 4 outside sitting areas all with j awesome view of the lake and mountains. I gave cleanliness a 4 as the carpet could use cleaning. It is a cream color so I am sure that is an on going issue.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Lake Stevens was so enjoyable! We rented the house for family to share while in town for a wedding. The house is beautiful, and April was very responsive -- we had only one issue getting into the property, but she had a back-up plan and weren't delayed at all. The house is well-stocked with bedding, towels, sheets, etc. The kitchen is also well-stocked with quality cookware, serveware, etc. The hot tub was clean and we watched an amazing moonrise from the tub. April was so gracious and allowed us to have extra visitors during the day so that we could host out-of-town family for brunch and visiting. This allowed us to all get together without the stress of being at a restaurant - it was truly a treat and I was grateful because I know it is a risk to VRBO owners to allow extra people on the property. The parking is also great - easy to fit multiple vehicles if needed. Amenities are close - Costco, Target, Safeway... there's a restaurant within walking distance that we didn't check-out but looked good. Basically, you won't regret staying here. It had everything we needed! Thank you for sharing your property!

We booked the house for a soccer tournament we were playing in Snohomish. Location was great 10-15 minutes to fields, lake access was easy and the house was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This was our second stay in this house and it was amazing both times. The house is perfectly located near all of the things to do in Lake Stevens. The house is very well maintained, is spacious, and equipped with the things you need. The property owner is fantastic and very responsive. We look forward to our next stay here.

I rented this wonderful home for my daughter and her bridal party. The house was immaculate. The amenities were fantastic. The views were out of this world! The girls had such a wonderful time enjoying the many spaces to relax, share meals together, take in the beautiful views of the mountains and Lake Stevens, and get ready for all the wedding weekend events. Everything about our stay exceeded all our expectations! The house is perfectly set up and supplies so many special touches that made our stay seamless. We are so appreciative of the open and quick communication with the host. Would recommend and love to go back again!

Wonderful house! The location is well appointed, clean and everything works. Our hostess April was readily available but unintrusive. Though centrally located to businesses and main roads, the sense of privacy is not sacraficed. It is a grand choice if one plans to entertain or, as was our case, one needs a sanctuary from which to work. We felt most fortunate to have found this gem.

This home was absolutely fabulous overall. One of those homes where photos just don’t compare . Attention to detail , from appliances to furniture I couldn’t ask for more. The Taylor’s were more than helpful . Absolutely amazing hosts, thank you so much we had an amazing time.

It was an exceptional stay! The home is very clean, very spacious, and very beautiful. Between a “cooks delight!” kitchen, beautiful lake viewing patios (ground and deck), bathrooms with plenty of towels, bedrooms with comfy beds, a well running AC, even a stocked laundry room - this home is impeccable, fully stocked with all the necessities. The large downstairs TV room was a great place to hang out in - big TV, games, plenty of space for everyone, two bathrooms on that level, and a hot tub outdoors. Did I mention all the bathrooms?! - with four women in the group you can’t go wrong with having 5 bathrooms. And more happiness is finding snacks, wine, and bottles of cold water waiting for us when we arrived, especially after a long stressful day of travel. We would have loved to sit out on the patio and barbecue on the large outdoor grill, but we ran out of time to do that. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, the hosts, Andy & April, were very accessible and helpful. The house manual was informative, easy to follow, and provided answers/instructions for any possible issues. If you’re on the fence about renting this exceptional home - don’t be! Do it! We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back! As a side note, for those of you new to visiting Western Washington during the heat of summer, check to make sure the place you are thinking about renting has air conditioning, the majority of homes in Washington State do not. This rental does. :)

GREAT home for attending our niece’s wedding! Three couples, plus 9 month old grandson. Beautiful accommodations with fabulous gathering spaces. We relaxed and enjoyed every day. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lake Stevens. Finding the house was easy and there was ample parking. The door code was a little difficult, but very easy once you got it down. The house was clean and spacious and the owners had left a basket full of snacks and a bottle of wine. We were there for our son's wedding so we had a lot of extra dress clothes. The huge master walk in closet was so nice to spread out all our items. All the beds were comfy and the water pressure was good too. The kitchen seemed well appointed, but we only cooked breakfast each morning one dinner. Lots of counter space was helpful as we had six people stationed around the kitchen doing prep for reception. My favorite thing was to sit out on the deck with coffee, breakfast or glass of wine looking out at the mountains and lake. You had to get out early in the morning before it got too hot, but the top deck had shade by 1 or 2pm which was perfect for a late lunch or a glass of wine looking out over the water. (We stayed during a hot spell.) The bottom outside area was super comfy too. Locking the French doors to the outside decks was tricky. Read the instruction book. It helps. Air conditioning worked fine and was appreciated. Washer and dryer were super helpful. I communicated several times with April and she was quick to respond every time. In fact my son left the wedding guest book in the house and she had her cleaners look for it and mailed it to him. The house is a 3-5 min drive from Safeway, Grocery Outlet, Target, and many other shops and restaurants. If you need a jeweler, Lake Stevens Jewelry right next to Safeway helped me with a last min jewelry emergency. Only negative was, the ice maker did not work. I informed April, but told her not to worry about it while we were there as we don't use ice much. We would definitely rent this house again. It is one of the nicest houses we have rented.

The check-in process was seamless and the house was completely ready to go when we got there. There was plenty of space for everyone and also a nice large deck and lower patio to enjoy the incredible view of lake stevens. The town itself had a lot of good options for restaurants and plenty of beaches to enjoy the lake. The host was excellent and very responsive and provided a lot of great tips and suggestions!

The house is extremely well appointed. Great kitchen appliances and nice sized hot tub. The write and pictures are spot on. Its' a great location for day trips, and so nice to come back to the beauty of the lake and such a comfortable home. And the owner, April, made us feel so welcome .

Our family did our a summer vacation this year at the Lake House and WOW we were impressed with this experience! We had a warm welcome, the house was clean and smartly stocked with everything we needed, and we enjoyed an amazing time as a family. We use vacation rentals regularly as a family of 5 and this one is in our top three favorites because of the attention to detail from the hosts. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing, clean, and beautiful property.

The setting over Lake Stevans is breathtaking . The home is immaculate my wife wants to redecorate after staying there.

This is one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in! My closest family and friends stayed here to celebrate my 30th birthday and we had a truly fantastic time! The house itself is stunning, with gorgeous views and impeccable interior designs. It is fully equipped with anything and everything you’d ever need with no detail overlooked. We were welcomed by a generous gift basket and a simple check-in process. Andy and April were attentive and so easy to communicate with. They are topnotch hosts who made the whole stay perfect! We will definitely be back!

Our family needed a place to call home while our house was on the market. I lucked into finding this gem and our life on location was even better than I could have imagined. No detail was missed. Amazingly decorated, comfortable and views that I will talk about for years to come. Each and every sunrise and sunset was spectacular. Eagles flying overhead and rainbows from the hot tub, deck or couch or bed. Wherever you are in the house you can see for miles. From check in to check out April was amazing to work with. We definitely appreciated her attention to detail leaving us snacks upon arrival. Location is great as delivery for food is a breeze. You can also easily walk to Shopping. Kitchen is amazing with every comfort of home including kitchen appliances like instapot, waffle maker and more. If I could rate this VRBO 6 stars I would. It made a stressful time in our life feel like a vacation! Thanks for having us! We are already hoping to come back one day again!
