This suite is located on the second floor of the Lakeview House. Spacious living room/dining room/kitchen combination (no stove) with two bedrooms , it includes a king bed, a double bed, and a full bath. You will never want to leave! (Sleeps 6)

Weirs Beach is an area within the northern part of the city of Laconia in Belknap County, New Hampshire, United States. It is located on the southern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee.
Weirs Beach, or "The Weirs" as it is referred to by locals, is named for a wide, sandy, public beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. Adjacent to the beach and comprising the center of the village are a boulevard and boardwalk that run along a quarter mile stretch of Lakeside Ave.
The main summer port of the Winnipesaukee Flagship Company's MS Mount Washington is located on the boulevard. A large public dock is a popular stop for boaters on Lake Winnipesaukee.
The Weirs Beach area also contains the Winnipesaukee Playhouse, Funspot Family Fun Center, Mount Washington Cruises, the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad, Weirs Drive-In Theater, and Half Moon Amusement Arcades. There is always fun to be had at Weirs Beach.
We are within walking distance to the lake and other attractions around the weirs. We have onsite parking for guests.

Janet and her crew provide excellent service. It is also a great location and near a lot of attractions. I highly recommend staying here.

This house was perfect for our needs. Our host provided storage space for all of the wedding beverages in the barn where it would be dry and out of the sun. The house was perfect for the number of parties staying there. The groomsmen gathered there to get dressed and take pictures before the wedding and the back patio was the perfect photo setting.
I would recommend this house 100%.
Very nicely decorated, lots of towels, the kitchen is well stocked! I could have stayed for a month but I had to get home.

Happy with the Captain’s Suite overall. Minor issues with parking and lousy WiFi. We brought plenty of games to keep the kids occupied at night. Hosts were very accommodating with family coming midweek.
