The apartment, located on the 2nd and top floor of a new chalet in Courchevel Le Praz, just steps from the slopes, is ideal for a vacation with family or friends.
This superb 140 m² ****-rated apartment, featuring three balconies (east, south, and west), can accommodate eight adults and two children in its four double bedrooms and one cabin-style bedroom.
It is ideally located in the authentic village of Courchevel le Praz. Just a stone’s throw from the base of the slopes and the ski lifts, including the new gondola that connects to Courchevel 1850 in six minutes.
This apartment is fully equipped for 10 people. Here is the layout of the bedrooms:
- 1 master bedroom, en suite with bathroom (bathtub + shower), separate toilet, opening onto a south-facing balcony
- 1 double bedroom, with an en suite shower room and toilet, opening onto a west-facing balcony
- 1 double/twin bedroom, opening onto a west-facing balcony
- 1 double/twin bedroom, with an en suite shower room
- 1 cabin-style bedroom, with 2 bunk beds

This is our second year here and we have rebooked for next season. This property has everything!Such a comfortable property which we look forward to revisiting.Excellent location ....Many excellent quality eating places and the Supermarket is literally 15 mins away.

This is a return stay here and, to be honest, I felt very much at home from the moment I walked through the apartment door!Felt so familiar and gave me a very good feeling to be back.Marine and Sydney were exceptional and very good with communicating with us.
