Modern villa Selecta Costa Conil

The house is very well equipped and everything new and clean. The neighbourhood is deserted which makes it feel a bit dead, but it means we had the pool to ourselves. Short walk to the beach and into town. Our only criticism was the managing agents. We had to collect the key from the agency, where I was required to pay a security deposit, bit of a surprise, that turned out to be a mistake and I had to really nag to get my money back. The house is hard to find but I was only given a fairly useless map. We had two sets of keys, one did not work and had we not had the other set on us we would have been locked out. Out of office hours I could not get hold of the agency. They gave us the wrong WiFi password. There was no information in the house about what to do with rubbish or how anything worked. Overall I would say to the owner - nice house but get a better agent who will meet you at the property, check the keys work and generally be helpful.
