La posizione vicino alle spiagge e la pulizia interna
Dalle foto dell’annuncio risulta che la casa abbia la vista mare, ma la vegetazione è cresciuta parecchio da quando sono state scattate e quindi oggi il mare non si vede. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato davanti a casa. Poca cura negli spazi esterni, erbacce, arbusti e sporcizia da scavalcare ogni volta che si entrava e si usciva da casa. Il patio esterno non ha una recinzione sulla strada e pertanto è completamente aperto e accessibile agli estranei e non concede un minimo di privacy, quindi è inutilizzabile. La posizione permette di raggiungere a pochi passi spiagge meravigliose e in cinque minuti ti trovi in centro del paese. Comodo il parcheggio di fronte a casa. Ben attrezzata di tutto ciò che serve in cucina, in bagno e per la spiaggia.

Full of mosquitos but no mosquito net on the windows, neither mosquito repellents ecc. To many street cats around the area Poor services around in the area
