Overall — it's ok!)

Pros: Very close to the train station Kitchen available Complete privacy, nobody disturbs you Surprisingly comfortable sofa bed Super convenient underground parking right below the apartment (Level -1) Very self-service kind of aparthotel — you arrive and leave on your own. Didn't see a single staff member at the reception all weekend 😊

Cons: The floor was quite dusty No dish soap There’s a dishwasher, but no detergent tablets No TV, no hand soap, no spare trash bags, etc. No hairdryer! I contacted the staff via Booking — they said to look in a cabinet on the 3rd floor, but all the cabinets were locked 🤷‍♀️ Feels a bit "budget," but it’s fine for an overnight stay If the staff paid a bit more attention to supplying the room with essentials — and occasionally showed up at reception to allow parking payments — it would be great!

The location of the apartment was good. You can go to the train station in 5minutes on foot. All furniture were new and well ordered.

The room was not clean enough. There were lots of closets which you can put your clothes inside but there were not clean enough as well. You can find hairs almost everywhere in the room. Unfortunately even in the refrigerator. One more thing which is not important so much but there was not napkin in the kitchen and I needed to use napkin from the bathroom..

It was clean small but well organised space.

The sofa and pillows are uncomfortable, so had not good sleep. Also the bad noise from a very busy road in front of my window. Had either to use earplugs or to close the window.

Nice host, good place for short stay

Good contact with the owner, self check-in and very clear instructions. Apartment was clean and had all necessary amenities.

Fair place to stay if you cant find a hotel. Id rate the standard as 2stars

The conveniance of a longer term rental at competetive price (at the time) daily rate was 60% less than a hotel.

-intermittent wifi on a laptop (lets say 5% of all time that i was using it) - only on my laptop, phone was fine. -clogged sink - had to move apartments but then the shower was clogged and was leaking everytime i took shower. -small towels -VERY hard/uncomfortable beds - very hard, first 2-3 days felt like sleeping on a floor. -lack of tv -laundry facilities could be a bit better -lack of heating - it was sept/october - very cold but the heating was off since it “was not in heating season” (when i questioned why it was off) -lack of proper chair for work behind the desk (basic chairs, quite uncomfortable) and i imagine a lot of ppl rent for studying/work The biggest issue - uncomfortable beds, clogged facilities/small towels/lack of tv

Apartament idealny na pobyt na 2-3 dni!

Bez względu na stosunkowo niewielki rozmiar apartamentu, jest on w miarę czysty i zadbany, ze świeżą pościelą oraz ręcznikami. Do dyspozycji gości są środki higieny, a także pełne wyposażenie kuchni (mikrofalówka, zmywarka, kuchenka, lodówka, naczynia, sztućce, płyn do mycia naczyń, tabletki do zmywarki, papierowe ręczniki i inne przydatne drobiazgi). Na plus również pojemne szafki oraz wygodna winda. Lokalizacja świetna – bardzo blisko stacji SKM, co ułatwia szybkie poruszanie się po mieście. Apartament w pełni zgodny z ceną i oczekiwaniami. Serdecznie polecam!

Duży standard za niską cenę. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko do supermarket, stacji kolejowej, przystanku mpk oraz tramwajowego, stacji dla rowerów oraz do restauracji. Wygodny materac, duży prysznic oraz duża ilość ręczników + dodatkowo żel pod prysznic i szampon w cenie pobytu. W pokoju dostępne: zmywarka (kapsułka do zmywarki), mikrofalówka, czajnik oraz płyta indukcyjna. Dużo szafek, osobne biurko i rozkładany stolik. Obiekt położony przy granicy Gdańska i Sopotu, jest to idealne położenie dla osób planujacych zwiedzić wszystkie 3 główne miasta.

Mało sprzętu kuchennego (brak dużego noża, deski do krojenia, mała ilość talerzy oraz szklanek), szafki niedomyte, niektóre lepkie w środku oraz z zewnątrz wybrudzone czarnym brudem, za duża roleta w stosunku do wielkości okna, słabo działający kontakt od wentylacji w łazience, brak podajnika na papier toaletowy oraz półki w łazience pod prysznicem lub pod lustrem na kosmetyki.
