Die Lage war super. Strand, Hafen, Restaurants war alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Ist zwar für einen Urlaub nicht zwingend notwendig, aber der Fernseher war nicht richtig eingerichtet. Man konnte nicht mal ARD und ZDF zum Bsp. schauen und wir, die von Technik nur sehr wenig verstehen, haben es nicht hinbekommen, noch andere "normale Sender" zu empfangen. Desweiteren gab es Schwierigkeiten mit dem uns zugeteilten Parkplatz. Der Absperrbügel ließ sich trotz Schlüssel nicht umklappen. Nach einem klärenden Telefonat mit dem Touristen Servicecenter konnten wir dann den Parkplatz daneben nutzen.

Lokalizacja jest doskonała , w najlepszym punkcie Sassnitz , blisko wygodnego zejścia nad morze . Bliskie i bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe . Dwa balkony od wschodu . Poranne słońce i cień popołudniem . Dobre wyposażona kuchnia . Bardzo wygodna sypialnia . Dobra kawiarnia i restauracja o parę kroków od apartamentu .

Właściciel nie ma na wpływu , ale widok z balkonu jest na zaniedbaną nieruchomość .

Clean, central, has everything you need. wifi connection is good. Imo flat looks fresher and nicer as on the posted photos

Note that management is organised by the city government, which brings several points to take care of: 1) read (imo way too long ) messages they sent you in PMs as they specify there terms for payments 2) you need pick up keys at the place which is 10 minutes away from flat - plan for it and discuss in advance how you pick it up For long stays, you might need to find where to wash your clothes, as there is no wash machine in the apartment
