    it's a very nice, clean and calm place, we enjoyed staying there for a whole week, the room was big as expected, because we faced problems looking for hotels in Seoul because its all very small rooms there's no enough spaces.. so staying in Seoungnam was best choice about the calm and clean. And it's pretty long distance from Seoul of course, but it's deserving

    The hotel isn't bad and it’s super convenient being right in a mall. However, the service was really disappointing. I arrived a bit early at 14:15 and reached the desk at 14:20 after waiting in line. I was traveling alone with my 3.5-year-old son, and he’d fallen asleep in my arms after our long trip from Amsterdam. I was hoping they’d at least try to see if we could check in early so I could put him down, but I just got a robotic response that I had to wait until 14:30, which was only eight minutes away by the time I got the response. The service was terrible; they didn't even try to be welcoming and were completely inflexible. I'm not saying it's entitled to travel with kids, but it was just their attitude and how they treated us. -update- The next morning, I asked if I could borrow a spoon or fork to feed my toddler, and they said no way could I take anything from the restaurant. They honestly don't seem to get what hospitality is all about. The room was great, the bathroom was nice, and the bidet was spotless. It was spacious with big windows, and the climate control was perfect for sleeping. It's a shame the staff is letting down such an amazing place.
