Very spacious 3 bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms! This home is in a beautiful subdivision 15 minutes from Downtown/Deep Ellum, and Fair Park!
This is an amazing home for couples enjoying a getaway, a family on vacation, or even celebrating an occasion with the friends! This home draws attention, due to it being so close to downtown!

I want you to sincerely enjoy my home, this is why I have offered it as a vacation rental. I have had guests abuse my hospitality, and it is no longer tolerated. Be aware, there are cameras located in the front and backyard, not to record you but more for security purposes as I do respect the privacy of the guests.

Alex was a phenomenal host! He was very attentive and responded very quick to any questions or concerns I had! The house was very clean and the overall stay was just great! Would 100% book again with him!!

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood, beautiful backyard and an overall comfortable stay. I have booked before in 2021 and it was so nice to be back! The host was helpful and very friendly! Highly recommended

Well I received a text from the host with a lot of don’t do’s or else you be fined the magic number of $250. Apparently he has had some bad experience with some renters. And when I got to the house there were more don’t do’s noted at the thermostat. Also there were not enough towels to handle 8 people… the place was not very clean, But I guess in the final analysis the old adage is true… you get what you pay for
