About this house rental
The Toasted Coconut- A Carlton Landing Cottage. Private fire pit patio area with string lights and screened in porch with barn door. Ask about use of our 6 seater golf cart.
The home is best suited for up to 3 couples plus 4-6 children or a group combination that will appropriately fit in 3 queen beds and 4 twin beds.

Our experience at the Toasted Coconut was great. The owner was delightful to work with and answered all of my questions promptly. The home is in a great location, close to the pool. My girls especially loved the bunk room and getting to ride around in the golf cart!

We had a delightful stay at the Toasted Coconut. The house was very clean with plenty of beds for our family. The owner provided great information on the house, amenities, and local activities and dining. We were very impressed! We have nothing but positive feedback. I highly recommend this house!
