About this house rental
This vacation rental is in the heart of Kenai. Nearby you can enjoy many of the amazing adventures Alaska has to offer. Anywhere from fishing on the famous Kenai River to enjoying a relaxing walk on the beach. We are conveniently located less than five minutes away from stores, restaurants, parks, coffee shops, Kenai Beach, and the most productive fishing hole on the Kenai River.
Guest will enjoy this beautiful home in a residential subdivision and all it has to offer. There is a beautifully groomed front and back lawn, with a fence in the back. You can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee on either the front or back porch and at the end of the day grill some steaks and burgers.
There are two smart TVs that you can use to log into your Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps. There is a DVD player with a variety of DVDs in living room.
The house has exterior video surveillance for your peace of mind. Guests will not have access to the garage.
COVID-19 government imposed travel restrictions may impact your travel plans. Please be sure to check and follow the government guidelines travel in this area.
Cleaning and disinfecting procedures are in effect due to COVID-19.

Great home in Kenai. The property was very clean and the host was very accommodating and helpful. We had four adults and two teenagers.

Our stay was basically perfect ! Great house, bedrooms were excellent and the location was just right ! I’ve been to 68 countries around the world with my teammates and after doing much traveling you hope to hit the jackpot where you end up staying ! Rachel the house guest was so nice and just knowing her made our stay even better !
