About this villa rental
“Villa Waves”, English Harbours newest luxury rental property to the market. Modern luxury, built with tomorrow’s designs in mind. Built on half an acre of sea view lands this 5,200 sq. ft villa boasts six comfortable bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a downstairs games area, private parking, open concept high end kitchen and living room with 20ft high ceilings which open out onto an outdoor dining patio with bar, swimming pool, separate sun tanning patios with free standing glass railings. All these features are what allow this villa to stand out above the rest.
This stunning open plan villa is a vacationers dream for the perfect family get away due to its amazing location in the heart of English Harbour and just steps away from all of the busy restaurants and bars in the popular thriving area.
Constant hillside breezes with sea views of Clarence House, Shirley Heights, Nelsons Dockyard and even Freeman’s Bay (Galleon Beach). Just a short walking distance to the popular “Boom” by Admirals Inn restaurant and all of the wonderful attractions that English Harbour has to offer such as an abundance of international Restaurants and Bars, Antigua Yacht Club Marina and shops, Falmouth Harbour, and grocery stores.
It’s a beautiful villa in an unrivalled location.
**Guests have full access to the whole villa. We offer 4, 5 & 6 bedroom options, please contact directly for details and rates. Please note special terms & conditions apply for peak season periods i.e. Christmas / New Year, Sailing Regattas.
**All rates are inclusive of ABST (Antigua & Barbuda Sales Tax). There is also another Government tax which will need to be applied on the rental rate called “Tourism Guest Levy” which we will need to collect prior to or on the day of arrival. The charge is $5 USD per person, per day.
*** We have a very strict NO PARTY policy. Any additional guests who are not staying in the home or not authorized to be there, need to have the owners permission. (maximum of 12 guests only at any time, depending on number of bedrooms being occupied).
