Renovated in the spring of 2023, this beautiful five-bedroom, five-bath home on the beach offers an absolutely idyllic location. Sunshine floods the main floor, which boasts an open plan, perfect for reconnecting with loved ones and family. When you're not unwinding with your favorite TV shows, try your hand at the Game Room arcade cabinet that boasts the Mario brothers arcade game with 100 games and the golden tee arcade game. The chef in the group will be able to cook up a feast, or just a snack for the beach, in the well-equipped kitchen, and the group's sous chef can supervise from the breakfast bar. The living room offers plenty of comfy couches for seating as well as a TV. But with that beachfront gazebo right outside, you probably won't be watching much TV. Throw open the doors to your private deck and stake out your spot on that hammock, swaying gently in the breeze inside your own private gazebo. It's just a few steps further down your walkway to the sand, and when you finish spending the day on the beach, take advantage of the outdoor shower to rinse off before heading inside.
When it's time to call it a night after a day on the beach, you'll have five bedrooms to choose from. Both of the main floor bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms; one has a queen bed, and one has four fun bunk beds that the kids will be fighting over. Upstairs you'll find three more bedrooms, all with access to a second-floor deck overlooking the ocean. The main bedroom upstairs features a king bed and en suite bathroom, as well as a TV. Another bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and its own bathroom as well, and the third bedroom has a matching set of twin beds, as well as fun beachy decor. As a bonus, you'll also find another TV room upstairs with a pull-out sofa that turns into a bed. If you're not quite ready to call it a night, head back outside to that gazebo and watch the moon rise over the Atlantic–the perfect end to a perfect day in your own slice of heaven.

Beach access and house layout were great. The kitchen supplies were overstocked and could easily be purged to remove redundant or old items. Some issues with the door lock and lack of a house key. The clothes dryer should probably be repaired or replaced (lint filter missing). A good spot for a family gathering.

You can tell the renovations have greatly improved the house. The floors look nice (the gross baseboards take away from it though) and the main level furniture is nicely updated. I know it's hard to keep nice things in the kitchen because some people don't care but I hated having to cook for my family on the flaking pans. There were plenty of plates, glasses and silverware which was great. A giant washer made vacation laundry done quickly. The covered hammock area was a hit with many from our group.
It was a great distance out to the sand/water although we did have to fight for beach space with a group of 15/20 down the side street or the public access-a first in our 30+ years coming.
