Enjoy two ground-level bedrooms and two upstairs rooms; each room has access to an en suite bathroom. The spacious layout features a coveted open design with a large center island in the kitchen and a well-appointed living room. Extras include central heating and air conditioning, a washer/dryer, cable TVs, and a DVD player.

Dock details: The lower boat dock is 8 x 16 with two cleats corner bumper and bumper running across the front. It has an upper deck with covered boat lift. The top deck is 12 x 16 and the ramp is about 40 feet long.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The house itself is in a great location. Being on the end means very little traffic. The dock is great for fishing and just watching the boats pass in the intercoastal waterway. It's also just a short drive from the island point which makes for a great day on the beach. We look forward to visiting again.
