The town of Singen is situated directly on the volcanic cone "Hohentwiel", which is almost 700 m high and offers a spectacular view of Lake Constance and the surrounding countryside. As a perfect starting point for excursions to Lake Constance, the Black Forest and as far as Thurgau in Switzerland, the 30 m2 holiday apartment "Alina", located in the district of Bohlingen, is ideal for couples, people seeking relaxation and nature lovers.
The basement flat with its own entrance has a living room with sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge-freezer, a bedroom with a double bed and a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet and offers space for 2 persons. A child travelling with you can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
Wi-Fi, a game collection, a hair dryer and a cable TV are also part of the facilities.
Outside there is a small seating area in front of the house. The forecourt in front of the house can also be used for sunny hours outside, the beautifully grown garden relaxes and lets you forget the daily routine quickly.
Car parking for loading and unloading is available on the driveway, parking is available in the residential area.
Bicycles can be stored under the roof of the garden house.
Pets are not allowed.
