Perfectly located for business and pleasure, our apartment is right in the epicentre of Athenian life, just by Syntagma Square, the city’s beating heart.
🏛️Set in a side street, the apartment is right next to the most central transport, shopping, dining and cultural hotspots, a few steps from picturesque Plaka and within walking distance of the Acropolis.
🛏️Our apartment can sleep up to two people. There is one elegant bedroom, a small fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom includes a Sealy mattress known for its superior support and comfort.
Please keep in mind that this is a small apartment with just a window, with no view of the street. It is not recommended for people suffering from claustrophobia. If you need something more than a good nights sleep, we recommend you choose another one of our apartments.
Ermou Street, the epicentre of Athens’ shopping area is just a few steps away. Kolonaki, the most upmarket Athenian spot with high end boutiques and restaurants is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment as is the parliament and hub of Greece’s economic and political life. Panathenaiko Stadium, Zappeion, the National Garden, Temple of Olympic Zeus and a host of museums are also within walking distance.

Great location in Plaka and wasn’t able to hear any of the action outside. Able to walk to all the main tourist sites. Elevator that takes you up to the 2nd floor so no lugging luggage up any stairs. Communication was great before and during stay and helped quickly when I had an issue with the wifi (which needed to be rebooted a few times) and laundry (which needed to be “rebooted” in its own way)!

I had a wonderful stay at Apollonos Amalia Studio ( Plaka) Harry/Theoharis ( The VillaRentals.gr Team The studio apartment was perfect for a two person stay even though I stayed by myself , Linen was clean, bathroom and shower and kitchen area, it was exactly as described. The bed was surprisingly incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking to local landmarks to name a few ( Syntagma, Square, Acropolis Place, and Acropolis )(and many restaurant and coffee shops we're only 1 minute to 5 minutes walking). Harry( host) maintained communication along with Silvana a local representative( for the host ) by way of WhatsApp communication was smooth, and check-in was easy. I highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area it's in the heart of Athens!Thank you

This place is in the perfect location. You are surrounded by shops and restaurants, highly recommend 72h which is a local bakery nearby. You are also within walking distance of everything including the national gardens for morning walks/runs. Also walking distance to the acropolis and other locations for your sightseeing needs. The apartment is clean and has everything you need and the hosts were great with communication throughout. I would stay in this place again and plan on it if I am ever in Athens again.

The girl who met me to let me in was super nice and responsive. She communicated with me ahead of time and made sure she was there when I arrived.
The place is a bit dingy and needs some repairs to the plaster and the flooring, but it was clean.
The WiFi did not work reliably and it was hard to get a cell signal in the building, so that made it hard to plan your routes, buy tickets online, answer email, communicate with family, etc.
