The location is close to a large store, so we didn't have to drive to the store, which was great. The house itself is well equipped and clean, there is shade in some part of the yard during the day. We missed wifi a bit. The owner is pleasant and we had access to the garden and fresh tomatoes. Considering that it was announced that there was no internet and the location was obvious, we weren't surprised. The price was ok, and so was our stay there.
As for the agency service, there were problems finding the location because the old address was on the booking, and we didn't have to pick up the keys, we just had to deliver the documents and we could do that digitally, so we didn't have to go to Biograd, because the owner was on the island with the keys. It cost us a little time because we lost time searching and missed the ferry. The location itself is ok, but it's very close to the only road, so the traffic is quite loud, and the closest beach that can be reached on foot is quite bad. You have to go to the beach by car.
