L'appartement est très bien situé. La place de parking est pratique. L'appartement est bien aménagé avec les deux chambres à l'étage et le petit balcon (vue parking)
Aucun échange avec une personne physique. Le loueur ne s'inquiète pas vraiment de savoir si on a bien trouvé l'appartement et si tout se passe bien mais il est réactif aux messages. Le ménage est à revoir.

Troisième étage sans ascenseur. Marche pour aller sur le balcon un peu dangereuse, notamment pour les petits enfants (peut être protéger les coins)

an sich war die Lage am Hafen ok und wir haben eine prima Beschreibung erhalten, wo der Schlüssel ist und wie man hinkommt und wo man parken kann, aber…
…man sieht von der Wohnung nicht auf den Hafen, sondern nach hinten auf einen Parkplatz und eine Straße, das war den Fotos und Beschreibungen der Wohnung nicht zu entnehmen, der Balkon war nicht sauber/einladend, der Fussboden war sehr schmutzig, ein Zimmer hat kein Fenster…
