落ち着いた別荘地にあって､ゆったりくつろげました 5人とペットで行きましたが十分な広さがあったし各々リラックスできました！
洗濯機の裏や観葉植物の周りに若干ホコリだったり細かい物が落ちてましたが､正直許容範囲です でも､写真で見るとBBQスペースのところが拓けていてドッグランにもなりそうだなーと思ってましたが草が凄くて人ですら行けたもんではないです。 比較的大きめの車だったので駐車場に収まりきらずに道路に飛び出たのと､すぐ後ろが崖なのでちょっと危ないです

部屋から見える海はよかったです。 あと多少傷みはあったけど室内はよかったと思います。
1番はトイレの臭いです たぶん配管で詰まりがあるのか下水の臭いがひどかったです。 あとは外壁の劣化と外構がボロボロで特に駐車場の土間がメッシュが入ってないのかひび割れがひどかったと思います。
