Bardzo czysto, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Blisko do centrum, dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo polecam!

Dogodna lokalizacja na uboczu, w spokojnej części miasta. Bardzo blisko do promenady nad zalewem. Bardzo fajne, nowoczesne ale kameralne założenie, dużo zieleni, własny ogródek, miejsca postojowe.
Samo mieszkanie już trochę zaniedbane. Na ścianach liczne ślady po jakichś rozgniecionych owadach. Poziom czystości średni. Szczególnie na podłodze. Niesprawna spłuczka w toalecie i, co najgorsze, zerowe zainteresowanie zarządcy nieruchomości problemem (po spłukaniu toalety woda napływała ponownie dopiero po jakichś 20 minutach)
