AnamneZia Luxury Suites

A wonderful place to stay if you are seeking peace, quiet and stunning views. We could not fault this place. Everywhere inside the room and in the general areas were spotless. The design choices were tasteful and added to our feeling of calm. The small pool is ideal to cool off, and although there were 6 apartments here, the poolside area was often empty of others, even though we visited in August. Parking is available outside the complex and you can carry on up the narrow road to reach Zia car park 2 in less than a minute. From there its a 7 minute walk to the head of the village and its many tavernas. Whilst hundreds crowded into Zia for the sunset, we had the same view all to ourselves at AnameZia. The staff were incredibly friendly and super responsive to the requests we made. We were thankful of the continued access to the pool after check out due to our late night return flight. If you are looking for a peaceful base for exploring Kos, you couldn't do much better. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us.

Nothing at all, just perfect.

We rented two apartments at AnamneZia, one for two people and a larger one with two bedrooms for four and honestly, everything was absolutely amazing. The level of detail in both design and comfort is something special. From the moment you walk in, you feel completely relaxed, almost like you’ve just moved into your dream home. It’s one of those places you don’t really want to leave. The outdoor area deserves just as much praise as the interior. The stone arch, the garden, all the little pots and flowers, the pool area, and that incredible sea view… and the sunsets - just breathtaking! Inside, everything was perfectly equipped: a great kitchen, super comfortable beds, air conditioning, and beautifully designed wooden windows with mosquito nets (a detail we really appreciated). Communication with Fofi was excellent. I had quite a few questions, and she was always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

If there’s one small thing to mention, it’s the location— but this really depends on your perspective. The apartments are a bit outside the center, and the walk to Zia involves about 15 minutes uphill. It might not be ideal for everyone, especially if walking is difficult or without a car or scooter, since taxis don’t always manage the narrow street. For us, though, this was actually part of the charm. The peaceful setting, the nature along the way, and being slightly removed from the busy center made the whole experience feel even more special. We would definitely come back again when visiting Zia!

Clean, modern and elegant design. The property had everything we needed and more. The view across the island out to the ocean from the balcony is exceptional. Provisions like water and fruit in the fridge on our arrival not to mention the fantastic advice/guidance on things to do and where to eat from Fofi were the little touches that made our stay at AnamneZia unforgettable. Fofi is a fantastic host with an attention to detail in maintaining the property as well as being wonderfully personable. The location is peaceful and quiet but just a 5-10 minute walk into Zia. Hiring a car made the rest of the island very accessible - approximately 20 minutes into Kos Town.

Nothing to be honest. The steep and narrow approach up to the property (in the dark) when we arrived was a bit of a challenge however, in the daylight it was far less daunting!

Modern and stylish furniture and fittings. Good fresh air from windows with shutters and mosquito blinds. Good kitchen facilities, Nice terrace.

The final 300 metres of driving/road to the property is very narrow.
