There is plenty of natural light in this home. The second floor will be the main hub for entertaining the whole gang after a day on the slopes, as a stylish full kitchen, accommodating dining area, spacious living area complete with a sectional sofa and flatscreen TV, and access to the balcony are all you need to make tasty meals or reminisce with loved ones. The top floor is home to three bedrooms and another lounging area, so settling down will be a breeze with a king bed in the main bedroom and an ensuite bathroom, and a queen bed in the other two rooms. These rooms share another full bathroom. The lower floor is home to the last bedroom boasting a queen bed and a sleeper sofa, and the kitchenette is complete with a full fridge, small cooktop, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The private backyard offers mountain and red rock valley views, a hot tub, and no neighbors in the rear.

There are virtually no lift lines so you can actually enjoy your time on the slopes. Brian Head has two mountains with eight chairlifts and terrain to fit almost any skier or boarder. Navajo Mountain is completely dedicated to beginners, with a ski school, beginner terrain park, and daycare. Winter months will obviously be spent skiing and snowboarding, yet warmer times of the year make ziplining, mini-golf, hiking, and mountain biking great ways to soak up some sunshine. Plus, Cedar Breaks National Park is also nearby that is home to a half-mile deep gorge and a display of Utah's famous red rock formations.
