Absolutely the best view on the breathtakingly on the 18th floor! This beautifully decorated brand new condominium offers a king-size master bedroom and living area both overlooking the emerald green waters and sugar-white sand of the Gulf of AMERICA ! If you are looking for a beachfront vacation condo with all the extras and luxuries of home, this is the one for you!
You will enjoy the private balcony, accessible from both the master bedroom and living area, with a beautiful ocean view overlooking both pools and the children’s water play area. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with luxurious bedding, a garden tub, and shower. No bunk beds in the hallway here. Our bunk room features a bunk bed with twin on top and full on the bottom. This unit also features granite countertops, fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs in all rooms, cable, telephone and wireless internet, and a nice oversized balcony. Free beach service ,3 Beach chairs and umbrella in the room.
The private pool deck, which is located on the fifth floor, features two oversized pools (one of which is heated), two hot tubs, grills, and a huge mushroom fountain for the kids to enjoy! This resort also features a fully-equipped fitness center overlooking the pools and ocean, and a meeting room. Sunrise Beach offers a covered parking garage on the Gulf side - no street crossovers.
Sunrise Beach is located on the much desired west end of Panama City Beach and within walking distance to the popular Pier Park and Russell-Fields Pier (City Pier), featuring Jimmy Buffett s Margaritaville!! Enjoy a cool drink on the rooftop, while watching the waves roll in ... and enjoy a Cheeseburger in Paradise!! Also featuring the Back Porch Restaurant, an original Hofbrauhaus (from Munich, Germany!), Tootsie s Country Bar, Pompano Joes, Rum Runners (a tropical island grill and dueling piano bar) , art and souvenir shops, snacks, 16-screen movie & IMAX theatre, a midway full of rides for the kids, and much, MUCH more. Calm, clear waters. Smooth, soft sand. Gently sloping, shallow beaches. And an abundance of wildlife ranging from dolphin to stingrays to sea turtles can all be seen from our balconies!

Well stocked condo. Very nice balcony furniture. Hot water took forever. Facility operations could be better. Hot tub ruined (bleached) our bathing suits. Pool could be warmer. Overall it was a nice stay at the Gulf of MEXICO.

Host was awesome! Answered all questions promptly! Such a cozy little condo with an awesome view! ONLY downside was the heated pool was under construction and it was too cold to swim in the regular pool (stayed last week of October) so we werent able to enjoy the pools! The heated pool was one of the main reasons we booked this condo so that was a bummer, but otherwise had an amazing time!!

We love staying at the Sunrise Beach Resort.
Living room furniture needs updating really bad. The sofa is so uncomfortable and the chair is wore out. We love the patio furniture but they could use cushions. We have stayed in this condo a couple times and we to like it but the furniture and decor needs a complete overhaul.
