5 BEDROOM/2 FULL BATH. Approx. 2,200 sq. ft of space to share. First floor is open for entertainment and socializing, second floor is sleeping accommodations. Full bathrooms located on first and second floor. Families can divvy up rooms to accommodate kids in bunk beds. Central heating and air keeps this home comfortable in all weather.
Wrap around porch allows extra space to stretch out- includes a 16 seater picnic table for outdoor dining. Corn hole boards available, propane grill and fire pit on site.
Over 6.5 acres of woods surround this home for privacy. 5 minute drive to Young's general store. Home is located on a private road shared with ATV/Snowmobile machines trails.
Enjoy the game/entertainment room complete with pool table, darts, ping pong table, big screen TV for streaming and a wet bar for extra seating/serving. Kids games available, fire pit and corn hole outside.
Ample parking for vehicles, trailers and ATV/snowmobiles! We usually share with families to park their trailers in the front parking lot and push the ATV/Snowmobiles in the back lower driveway to have ease of access to basement for gear drop off.
ANGLERS - Carr Ridge/Trophy stretch/Perry Stream within a 5 minute drive..
BOATING - TEN minute drive to Back Lake, Lake Francis or First Connecticut boat launch.
