Tenuta Trullo Pietra Bianca

What a fabulous place to stay. It’s such a tranquil and beautiful setting. This villa offered us the perfect setting for a family holiday with our adult children. We had everything we needed. The small pool was one of my favourite things as I could sit in the water keeping cool, reading my book! Illaria was on hand at all times - We had a very windy day and the hammock blew over and broke a pool light - this was fixed within a couple of hours! Things to bear in mind - the villa is remote so you will need a car and the roads leading to it are very narrow so would advise a small car. You are around 15 minutes from Ostuni and around 20 from Ceglie Messapica - both are worth visiting but always bear in mind, pretty much everywhere closes in the afternoon. Things that we enjoyed doing: pasta making and lunch at a Masseria Casina Vitale, boat trip to the caves at Polignano a Mare, C Beach Club at Rosa Marina, Beach at Archealido Egnazia if you like to see Roman ruins. We absolutely loved our stay and were very sad to leave. Can’t recommend it enough

Absolutely nothing

De troulie was erg vochtig. Daardoor beddengoed en kleding klam en een vieze vochtige lucht. Geen prettige lucht, ruimte om in te verblijven. Overdag goed door laten luchten. Maar in de avond werd het telkens opnieuw vochtig en klam. Over de gehele locatie veel onderhoud nodig. Foto’s zien er prachtig uit. Maar als je ter plaatsen bent zie je de gebreken. Bijvoorbeeld houten tuinbanken bijna kapot, buitenkeuken alle kastdeuren kapot, regenpijp los daardoor enorme vochtplekken op de muur etc
