The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable and the staff amazing until our last night there.
My wife fell down the stairs our last night there and all we were told was sorry. No incident report written noone checked on her. You don't do maintenance at 10pm especially without sign s letting guests know there is maintenance being done. Signs were out up after my wife fell. He destroyed her brand new outfit she had on. And still all we heard was sorry and at check out I informed the lady up front and she said she would let the owner know. I have e mailed the hotel with no response.

PLUMBING, WHEN SOMEONE WOULD FLUSH THE TOILET ABOVE YOU, YOU COULD HEAR IN RUNNING THRUOGH THE PIPES
