I liked the services overall, cleanliness etc
Did not like them charging extra for everything possible despite being included in the stay. Like breakfast and Air conditioner.

Overall it is a good staying place in the heart of Islamabad.
They should also place shampoo, comb, hair oil & Moisturizer for skin and hair care.

Very good location
The room wasn't ready til the evening and was given a basement room. Message the hotel and ask for Duty Manager to contact me but no respond. The bathroom wasn't cleaned. I had stayed previously but this time I wasn't pleased at all.
