Wystrój, to że był balkon, lokalizacja.
Nie podobało to za dużo powiedziane, ale lekka niepewność była przy schodzeniu ze schodów 😅

Lokalizacja, klimat
Brak karty do drzwi bramy i lokalu. Konieczność każdorazowego wbijania kodu. Całkowicie nie używalna antresola o wysokości ok 1,4 m do sufitu z drabiniastymi schodami. Z kolei na parterze, żeby rozłożyć sofę trzeba przenieść ten dziwny barek z fikołkami pod schody na antersolę, żeby jakiekolwiek przejście było przy łóżku. Jednym słowem przekombinowane i nieustawne wnętrze. Jedyny plus, że ładne grafiki na ścianach, w przedpokoju i w kuchni wszystko co trzeba, nawet z długaśną łyżką do butów.

Świetnie usytuowany w pięknej kamienicy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami i czytelne wskazówki dotyczące lokalizacji. Możliwość wykupienia parkingu. Industrialny, spójny klimat w aranżacji wnętrza. Mnie się podobał.
Wolałabym, aby antresola była lepiej zabezpieczona. Wygodniej byłoby, aby na łóżku były dwie pojedyncze kołdry, a nie jedna, zresztą niezbyt duża. Brakowało mi ekspresu albo kawiarki do zaparzenia kawy .
