This place was lovely. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you might need. The location was not too far from anything. My one complaint would be that the pool is not heated.

We were very happy with our stay! The condo exceeded our expectations. Very clean, lovely decor, comfortable, kitchen well stocked, two a/c units (one in living room/kitchen area, one in bedroom), lovely view, quiet area. Nice furnishings, king size bed, bathroom with plenty of counter space. The owners have thought of many extras to make this place great: beach towels, beach chairs, drying rack(very smart!), coolers. We had everything we needed or wanted and more. The beautiful beach is a short and easy walk away. We also made use of the pool and hot tub. The entire property is well maintained. The location worked well for us, close to airport and Kapaa with many restaurants and shopping. Groceries also convenient. We reached out to management with a question and received prompt, professional and friendly service. We would absolutely stay here again! Mahalo!

Fairly nice place that suited our needs, and convenient and short walk to the beach and shopping. We were with family staying in several different units, and one night we were trying to use the grill but it apparently ran out of propane. When my cousin called, the desk, they said they would look into it, but never made a follow up call. He had to call back later to find out the crew that services the propane had already gone home.
A couple of us rented thru the private units and upon checkout the cleaning crew was a bit rude on the day of checkout, as we were still organizing our luggage at 10:30. Apparantly the private units have a check-out of 10:00 as opposed to the hotel which is 12:00. My paperwork had said 12:00 a.m and the front desk had told us 12:00 a few days earlier when I asked. They need to get their ducks straight when giving this information.
