There was a washing machine and dryer. The outer area of the washing could do with some cleaning though, so I wonder if the insides is also not regularly maintained and cleaned. Ample space for luggages. Separate shower and toilet facilities. Big fridge with freezer section. Easy key collection although there were no staff. Close to Miebashi Station.
Need to pay to use kitchen. No spoons or cutlery. Only 2 mugs and 2 cups. Mugs were stained though. Room feels a little dark, maybe because of the industrial decor. Can still hear outside noise sometimes. Bed is squeaky also.

The location is good, close to monorail. Check-in was easy via the key cafe and check out even more easy. The room is good and clean and also in a good shape. Have all necessity for a long stay.
It would be better if we don't need to rent kitchen equipment but understandable.
