About this house rental

Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom lake house with dedicated office workspace. Enough room for the entire family! Upstairs large bedrooms with King bed, one bedroom with Queen bed, one downstairs bedroom with full bed, and downstairs second master bedroom with both King and Queen beds. There is also a bunkhouse with two sets of bunk beds for extra sleeping space. Open Living, Dining & Kitchen area completely remodeled in 2023. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. New bathroom. Onsite Washer & Dryer. High speed, reliable Internet for remote working. Pack N' Play available.

Large, covered deck for outdoor living with beautiful Flathead Lake & Mission Mountain views. New dock built in 2021 with boat slip, and expanded in 2024 with second slip. (No boat provided w/rental). Boat lift can be made available for a fee. Sprawling yard gently slopes down to the lake, and 108 feet of shoreline has easy swimming access. Self check-in. A quiet place to relax and enjoy Flathead Lake. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Polson off a private lane.

**Please note: This property can only be rented for long-term rentals of 28 days or more. This is per zoning district guidelines.
