Casa de Arte - Gorgeous Ocean Front Beach Home

This is a spacious, beautiful home in a lovely location. The beach is close and very quiet with sand dollars everywhere. The house is open and airy, it easily accommodated our 3 generation family of 11. The local "manager" was easy to contact and super quick in responding.

This house is absolutely perfect for families to come together and get away. We had three families with a total of 4 teens and 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The living area was perfect for karaoke night and puzzles. We spent the days at the beach playing beach games, volleyball, surfing and kayaking. Plenty of beach towels were available for our use which was nice. Some of us went running around the peninsula which is about a 5 mile loop and beautiful route. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals but there are also great little restaurants close by. I’m ready to go back! What great memories we made! Thank you!

Had a great and relaxing weekend in a quaint and peaceful beach home. The house is large, but yet very cozy and comforting. Our host was very accommodating offering lots of amenities on her property that we all enjoyed. Overall we all had an awesome time and only wished we had an extra couple of days in such a tranquil home. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We had a group of 8 that stayed here for 4 days. We are familiar with the area as we have stayed in other rentals before. We had a great time staying at the Casa De Arte and I will provide my honest review. First the Good: Amazing location, pretty much a private beach for you to enjoy with nice sand, small waves and the water was great. The house is huge. I think my nephew counted about 80 yards from front to back doors, a gigantic area for entertaining with all the amenities that you need. The bedrooms are ok, great if you get the master, so-so in the others. One bedroom is all bunk beds and the another is tucked in the back, and are fine for kids, adults not so much. The other 2 are adequate and on the street side of the house. The fire pit in the back patio is great and the owner supplied the wood. Now the areas that need attention: All the screen doors need replacement, all have broken wheels, ripped screens and are very difficult to open. No problem if you don't use but in 4 days you are in and out a lot and want the cool ocean breeze. We arrived at the house to find heaping trash outside full of discarded food that stayed there for over a day, the smell was unbearable and the main rug in the living room was wet, not sure what that was from. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the home but felt the value was a little lacking with some of the cheaper options available in the area. Also maybe there needs to be a gap in between rentals at this place to address some of the issues, we were asked to leave an hour early for another party to come in.
