地點離市區很近，房間環境整潔乾淨，整體會讓人有家的感覺。
還好，沒什麼不滿意的

無論是公用空間或是房間環境非常乾淨 隔音也很好 入住當天外面剛好有挖土機在施工 僅有一點點聲音傳進房間 不影響睡眠的程度 房間內有小沙發 懶骨頭跟小茶几 還有提供小鏡子跟一台很安靜的電風扇 看得出來很有用心準備 公用空間有提供別於一般民宿會提供的茶包 有香草茶包 非常好喝 雖然是自助入住跟退房 但剛好在退房時遇到民宿老闆正在用心打掃庭院 整體入住感受滿分
樓梯間有提醒標語 請上下樓盡量安靜 但拖鞋不容易在下樓梯不發出聲音 建議可以更換拖鞋

住宿地點在台東火車站附近，對旅客來說是挺方便的．房間與浴室的空間很大，不會感受擠壓感．布告欄上面也放了挺多相關資訊給旅客參考．
當洗完澡一躺上床準備睡覺時，不確定是因為塵蟎或跳蚤還是清洗不夠乾淨的緣故，兩人接觸到床鋪的皮膚都開始發癢，後來是下樓去拿客廳的酒精來狂噴床鋪跟被子才比較好．床鋪清潔方面要再注意一下，這方面真的很扣分
