Hospitalidade do Sr. Olímpio e vista.
Qualidade do colchão e roupa de cama, limpeza dos pormenores (dentro das gavetas, louça, churrasqueira, piscina), falta de privacidade (havia várias pessoas a entrar no espaço comum, os vizinhos tinham vista para a piscina), falta de guarda-sol, falta de estabelecimentos locais (café, mercado…), cheiro a esgoto.
