Used sheets dirty floors and no privacy

The iwner was kind to get me with her car and take me again to near town, with the price of 20 euros.

Bed was not even change. Room was not close to clean. Basically looks like is a room she uses regular but when some one books it they stay there. Pillows whore dirty and pre used without even changing sheets. It was terrible.

It was good that the room had air con. It was very helpful that the owner gave directions and came to meet us as we could not find the property.

Difficult to find the property, booking.com had a different address/location and picture for this property. When we arrived the bedroom was set up however the living room and kitchen was a little untidy. There was quite a lot of banging about late at night.

This was the most disappointing place I have ever booked with Booking.com

We were arriving later (20.30) and the host kindly allowed that (official check in is till 18.00), which I appreciate. She let us know where she will leave the key. The property is clean.

The description of the property is misleading. In the description it stays that "The vacation home is equipped with 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. A flat-screen TV is featured." In the description it looks as a private property, however, in fact this is just a room in the host's house. The room does not have private bathroom or toilet - you share it with the owner. The room had quite some staff from the host, it looked as if the host just cleaned one room a bit for us. This accommodation looks more like a shared room in a cheap airbnb, or rather a couch-surfing. The communication was poor, for example, the host indicated the place where she will leave the key for us, but she changed her mind, and we were searching for the non-existing keys for a long time. The location is difficult to find.

Expérience décevante, descriptif trompeur.

Mon expérience dans cette location a été globalement décevante. Tout d’abord, le logement est difficile à localiser, ce qui complique l’arrivée. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l’annonce, il ne s’agit pas d’un logement entier mais d’une simple chambre dans l’habitation de la propriétaire, avec des espaces partagés (toilettes et salle de bain), alors qu’ils étaient présentés comme privatifs. Concernant le petit déjeuner, la mention "disponible" prête à confusion : rien n’est précisé sur ce qui est inclus. En réalité, il nous a simplement été proposé de nous faire un café, ce qui est assez éloigné de ce que l'on peut attendre d’un petit déjeuner proposé sur Booking. Le lit double est particulièrement étroit et il n’y a pas de table de chevet, ce qui rend l’usage peu pratique. Pour le prix, on est en droit d’attendre un tout autre niveau de confort et de transparence. Le descriptif de l’annonce me semble trompeur et rédigé de manière à créer une impression erronée sur la nature réelle de l’hébergement.
