About this house rental
Welcome to this beautiful slice of heaven on the Delatite River. You will love the sun drenched deck and the sound of the river flowing past the house.
Only 10 minutes drive to Mt Buller National Park gates, the house has all you need for a winter snow getaway, or a summer hiking/fishing/mountain bike adventure.
Equipped with 4 very large bedrooms, all with their own ensuite, large living room with open fire, tennis court, games room with table tennis table, and under cover parking.
The space
You are welcomed into the house with a full expanse of North facing windows overlooking the Delatite River and mountains beyond. Entering from the driveway, there are no stairs to reach the upper living area of the house and the main bedroom and ensuite. Also for your convenience the laundry/drying room is located next to the front door to store all your skiing gear after a big day on the slopes. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with all you need for cooking up a storm.
The house is built to an exacting standard with solid hardwood floors, high ceilings and ducted heating and cooling to keep you comfortable in all seasons.
There are 4 very large bedrooms, all with an ensuite. One Bedroom is located on the upper level of the house, and 3 on the lower level.
The large deck spans the length of the house and is a great place to view the native wildlife and surrounding green hills.
The house comes with a brand new Mod Grass tennis court and games room - stocked with tennis racquets, outdoor chairs, table tennis, quoits and hookey.
Guest access
You will have full access to the house, tennis court and games room for your stay.
Entry to house is via key pad - code will be sent prior to your arrival.

Great comfortable house, beautiful location and enough for everyone to do at the house. The river entertained pretty much everyone and the view was stunning. Would make a lovely romantic getaway or, like our stay, a fantastic venue for friends and their families to catch up. The Easter bunny visited out the front of the house (around the tennis court) and it was a great weekend.

The property was as we expected from the photos. Check in was easy, good parking onsite, (but missed the entry a number of times), kitchen well fitted out, beds comfortable but only a doona (needs some alternative bedding). All bedrooms with ensuites. Lounge area very comfortable with plenty of DVD's to watch. Decking and BBQ were great. A beautiful outlook & walk from the property to the Delatite river to paddle ,fish etc. A very enjoyable stay.

The home on Delatite River was the perfect setting for a relaxing snow getaway with friends. The accommodation and surrounds did not disappoint. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the beds are very comfortable. This home is highly recommended.
