Very conveniently located near multiple public transit options. Only a short walk to the Queen Victoria Market. Property manager was difficult to work with at first but they made a pivot and got better. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. We spent 1-2 hours vacuuming under the beds and cleaned baseboards that were very dirty. The kitchen was not well stocked and the bath towels were old and stained. The building itself was good. We loved the rooftop.

Apart from the inconvenient procedure of picking up and dropping off a key, especially when you’re carrying luggage and aren’t familiar with area, the apartment was comfortable and l ok very to stay in for a length of time. Good position near everything.
