This is an amazing 5th floor condo with views you will remember forever! Your immediate view from your private balcony is of the large two pool complex, the beautiful sugar sands beach, and the beautiful Gulf's emerald waters. The master bedroom and the living area are Gulf Front. The resort is gated and loaded with amenities. You can stay on site and have a great time or enjoy the mecca of entertainment that in renown in Panama City Beach. If you have never visited the white sand beaches here you are in for a very special experience. The beaches are beautiful! Just pick you favorite spot and ENJOY! The balcony offers a view east and west as far as the eye can see where you will enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets. .
The master has a king size bed with views of the ocean and the second bedroom has a queen and a Daybed with a twin trundle also. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area which also has beach views. Two full baths. The kitchen is fully stocked. There are so many amenities on the property that you could chose to never leave the site! You will have the opportunity to enjoy amenities such as the tennis and shuffleboard courts, two large pools (one heated), hot tub, kiddie pool, billiard room (with pool table, darts, and card table). The pool area also sports the amazing Tiki Bar- BIKINI BOB'S with a full menu of cocktails, beer, wine, and food at great prices. To top off the experience, The Tiki Bar provides music throughout the day. There is also a great exercise room for your enjoyment. Regency Towers provides a large grassy park area to play Frisbee, soccer, throw a ball, etc. There are grills and beach front bench swings, perfect for grilling out and enjoying the brilliant sun sets as well. There are nightly events scheduled such as movie night on the East lawn at dusk, Water slides at the pool on Wednesdays, Karaoke on the pool deck, and especially fun is the beach bon fire on Friday nights. Panama City Beach has been hosting vacationers for many years and the entire area is full of fun things to do!
At the beach you can rent jet skis, go tubing or parasailing, diving, snorkeling, etc. The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter deep sea fishing trips, Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not. St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. We recommend you Google these establishments for detailed information on the sites that specifically interest you and your family.
Open Air Dining is awesome on the beach as there are so many wonderful places to eat and listen to live music nightly in a very relaxed atmosphere. If you want fine dining experience you can enjoy Salt Water Grill, Firefly Restaurant, Grand Marlin Restaurant, or Captain Anderson's, just to name a few!
The location is perfect as Regency Towers is convenient to all the local attractions and the traffic is much less on this East end of the beach. If you have a shopping enthusiast in your group you must visit Pier Park. It is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca! You can even catch a free concert at the Pier Park amphitheater every Thursday night all summer! Just bring your cooler and chairs and sit on the lawn. It's a great experience. Day time activities are abundant on the beach and the night life and dancing are limitless also. We are extending our southern hospitality to you as we want to share our piece of paradise! It was all right except for the fire alarm that was covered over and went off every 1 minute. Owner was nasty about our complaints. Needs to get electrician to take it out. Thank goodness there were doors we could close to bedroom so we could sleep.

The property had plenty of room for 2 couples to stay and not be crowded. The washer/dryer was an added bonus. Other than a hiccup when arriving to get a parking pass, the rest of the trip went smoothly. Double red and red flag warnings kept the pools busy. Everyone was very courteous where the elevators were concerned which was nice. Easy walk to Schooners and short drive to marinas.

Regency was great and would stay again but not at this rental:
Top of dishwasher didn’t work
Couldn’t use the blinds in either bedroom
The master shower didn’t have hot water, took cold showers in there all week because we had 6 people
The tv didn’t work when I got in because the outlet it was plugged into the top outlet didn’t work so had to fix that off the bat
There was mold in the doorway of the laundry room
Communication with chase was shotty and the other lady I can’t even tell you her name because she never responded to me
