This is a beautiful cabin-style single-family home located in West Sedona, situated on 2.5 acres, in a quiet neighborhood. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a game room with a bed(bedroom 5) and arcade machine, 2 living rooms, a den, 2 fireplaces, a year round HEATED pool, hot tub, fire pit, & BBQ. Great for multiple families. The backyard patio has lovely views of the sunset and red rock mountains, with plenty of seating. This is our family home located in a peaceful neighborhood, and we do not allow parties of any kind.

6 women in my group were traveling for a girl's week away!I am extremely picky about so many aspects of a VRBO, having had a property myself. I am always looking for upscale amenities etc. This house is older and has a few idiosyncrasies, having said that, every one of us would give this property and the owners 5 stars. The hot tub, pool and property were very clean and exceeded our expectations, especially the views! Waking up to and closing the night out to those views was well worth the money spent. We even had a couple special requests and was promptly answered and catered to by the owners. We ate out every night so we didn't use the kitchen a lot, but it seemed to have everything one would need. It was easy to drive to all the attractions and restaurants, but we used Uber quite a bit and had no problems. The location was quiet and seemed very private but a stone's throw away from hiking, shopping, and eating establishments. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The property was excellent for our purposes. We were focused on activities in and around West Sedona, and the location was perfect for those activities. The house and all furnishings were clean and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and other games and available activities kept us engaged and were all in great shape and fun. We were very happy with our stay here.

This place was absolutely incredible and a highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful home with an even more beautiful view. The hosts were incredibly kind, communicative, and helpful with recommendations for the area. The home was also well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is also located conveniently close to central Sedona/downtown making our trips from the home to wherever we were going short and easy. 10/10 stay! We will be staying here again next time we return to Sedona.
