This VRBO is in a great location. Having said that there is defenitely room to improve. The person renting the property (Priscilla) failed to advise us of construction occurring during our stay. We had contractors using a ladder to access the deck and the roof without our prior knowledge. Quite a surprise. We sent an email the night before our check out to request a check out at 11am vs the 10am.... we never heard back from Priscella until 10:25 the day of check out. By then it was too late.Communication was definitely below the standard for other VRBO destinations. Further it is was not noted in the description that there are 3 flights of stairs. There is a garage level, a main level, and an upper level. There was dust on the master bedroom drawers, mold in the master bath, communication was always delayed. I rate this as an average VRBO rental.
