The apartment is modern, the bed is comfortable, there's free toiletries to use, the TV has Netflix.
There's some tiny shops on the ground floor where you can get some snacks.
It's located about 10 min drive from Tuan Chau where you can get a ferry/speedboat to Cat Ba island.
The apartment description is inaccurate:
- there's no dining table (only a coffee table) or microwave;
- the 2 swimming pools and gym are in a completely different building about 5 minutes down the road (which you have to pay 100.000 VND per person each time you want to use it);
- there's no ATM on site;
- there's no restaurant.
We booked this property mainly for the swimming pool and it's very misleading that it isn't even free to use or in the building. The property facilities description need to be updated to be truthful.
