Hotel Rural Bentor

Such a beautiful view across the barranco to Los Realejos. The bed was so comfortable, and for me the location was great. A little out of the way but easy to access Puerto de la Cruz by bus (I had a scooter so even easier). The breakfast was a really good spread with meats and eggs and pastries and little local delicacies. Even with the carnivals happening in the town it was quiet enough. Also I had a meal in the restaurant and it was superb. I had an issue with my booking (I booked the wrong month) and the manager was very accommodating.

There were only two negatives - the shower doors could do with a repair (I'm not a fan of sliding shower doors - they always cause problems after a bit of time), and the bluetooth speaker used in the restaurant kept cutting out.

The most beautiful building, excellent view, comfortable and amazing, attentive staff. The food was excellent and the restaurant went out of their way to provide vegan options.

The room bathroom wasn't so private with glass screens instead of walls.

Todo en general, el personal maravilloso, la comida muy buena, felicidades al cocinero y la atención como si estuvieras en casa. Muchas gracias y seguro que volveremos

Nada negativo

+ Amabilidad del personal + Terraza con sol por la mañana, ideal para desayunar + Vistas despejadas (al menos desde nuestra habitación, aunque otras dan a la calle o al interior) + Facilidad de aparcar en una calle perpendicular a la principal, a pocos minutos andando.

- Baño y ducha integrados en la habitación SIN ventilación-extracción independiente (olores, humedad, intimidad) - Horario de desayuno empezaba tarde para mi gusto (9am) - Restaurante cerrado lunes, martes y miércoles, y domingo con horario reducido, no pudimos disfrutarlo y en esa zona no hay mucha oferta. - La recepción suele estar cerrada. Al llegar tuvimos que llamar por teléfono para recibir indicaciones de cómo obtener la llave. Habría estado bien ser avisados de antemano. - Tuvimos unos vecinos ruidosos e irrespetuosos, pero se lo comunicamos al día siguiente al personal, se lo comentaron, y la situación mejoró.
